Barangay Guba is currently governed by the honorable Brgy. Captain, Mr. Orland Herrera together with his ever dynamic officials. It may not be perfect but Barangay Guba is given with so much blessings. The availability of public structure and facility is impressive. It has a spacious and well-ventilated gym  available for different purposes like meetings and venues for wedding receptions.

It has a humble school  school that aims to give quality education to all the dear students. It also has a cozy health center that gives free medical assistance to the senior citizens and to families. It also has a well-equipped   hospital that aims to give fair and quality service to the patients.

Last but not the least, Barangay Guba has a very strong and accessible church. This serves as the center of the people's lives.. their faith to God.
